After studying many joint venture companies, the typical solution was to combine the existing logos. Yet, as a company working together to produce one united solution, it didn't fit the mold. The two names were combined and placed in lowercase to convey a friendly tone, while the + was added to signify its role in constructing medical facilities, as well as a sense of "working with" the client rather than for them.
